Retail stores that sell hot tubs have ridiculously high overhead and markups on their hot tubs. If this isn't the case then why aren't there multiple stores carrying the same brands in Ottawa?

We are first and foremost a Hot Tub Service provider and retailing of spas and swim spas is our secondary focus. Because of this and our low overhead business model, we have very low margins on our hot tubs which gives you, the consumer, fantastic value for your money!
